How can I view my images?

Viewing the images from our collaborative effort is always exciting. Based on your choice, we provide three options to viewing your images.

1. ✦On Line - Viewing images online can reach vast numbers of people yet it is the most impersonal means to viewing. For initial viewing, we only offer this method for clients who are geographically limited. Click here to read more about online viewing.
   

2. ✦Proof Book - We will produce a proof book of your images so you may show them to your friends and family. The proof book is just that. The images are not fully processed and do not represent a final product. They will have been color corrected and are useful in deciding which composition you find most favorable.
   

3. ✦Personal Viewing - This is the most gratifying to us as we get to share in your enjoyment in viewing your beautiful images. We will have selected a number of images that have been completely retouched to show you what you images will look like. The rest of the images viewed will have been color corrected but not retouched. This also allows us to discuss different presentation options you may not have previously considered. We are pleased to have you over to view your images or we can come to you.
   

In a perfect world a presentation would go like this. You would arrive at our home to the smell of fresh baked cookies. Your images will be displayed on a vibrant display for you to enjoy. We would discuss various options for you to consider in how you would like to present your artwork. If requested, you would leave with a proof book to share with others. At this point we will post the images online for others to view. Your order will have been specially tailored to your needs and desires.

When should I order my final prints?

Within 90 days of viewing your proofs. We recommend sharing your images with friends and family first to get their input, then placing your order. After you order, you should receive finished artwork within three weeks.

How can friends and family order prints?

Once you have placed your order with us, we will make the selected poses available in our online store. Anyone you grant access to the viewing site may order prints. If you would like to order additional prints you are free to do so. You should know thought that you will receive better pricing with your original order though.

How long does it take to receive my order?

From the time we receive your order, expect two to three weeks for delivery of your final prints.

Can I get help placing my order?

Yes. Please call us at 1-616-878-0009, we would be more than happy to sit down with you to go over various print options we can offer you. With the vast array of print options this process can be daunting at times. Let us help you come up with a final order you will be happy with.

How many proofs can I order from?

As many as you'd like. As we custom design a package for your needs, you are not limited to the proofs to select from

What if I want more prints after I order?

If you are wanting to order just a couple of prints and the online store is still an available option that would be your best option. If however, you want to make a significant order and it is within six months of your original order, we will generally extend the same pricing as your initial order.

Can I order the proof set only?

We are sorry, but we do not offer proofs only for purchase. As proofs have only been color corrected they are intended to be used as a choosing tool and not artwork to be circulated.

Can I order just wallets?

Initially you may only purchase a wallets as part of larger print order. After that point, if you need additional wallets, they may be ordered with the original pose options.
