Why we do not encourage online viewing of your images.

The internet is a fabulous environment but you can not smell the sent of a rose, or feel the texture of a fine swatch of fabric. Likewise you can not fully appreciate the essence and beauty of a photograph.

As photography has gone digital, everyone thinks a picture is a picture when it really is not at all. It is simply an image of what can be produced on many different forms of substrate (paper, canvas, aluminum, etc.) that becomes the actual photograph.

1. ✦On Line - Viewing images online can reach vast numbers of people yet it is the most impersonal means to viewing. For initial viewing, we only offer this method for clients who are geographically limited.
   

2. ✦Proof Book - We will produce a proof book of your images so you may shoe them to your friends or family
   

When should I order my final prints?

Within 90 days of receiving your proofs. We recommend sharing your images with friends and family first to get their input, then placing your order. After you order, you will receive finished prints in three to five weeks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

From the time we receive your order, expect three to four weeks for delivery of your final prints.

Can I get help placing my order?

Yes. Please call us at 1-616-878-0009, we would be more than happy to sit down with you to go over various print options we can offer you. With the vast array of print options this process can be daunting at times. Let us help you come up with a final order you will be happy with.

How do I select my yearbook pose?

As schools require certain technical specifications for yearbook poses, there will be a section on the website to view the poses that qualify for these specifications.

How many proofs can I order from?

As many as you'd like. If you have at least four proofs you'd like to order from, we recommend the Perfect Package. Otherwise, you can order a package with a limited number of poses, and an extra fee will apply if you decide to order from more proofs than the package allows.

What if I want more prints after I order?

Simply call 616-878-0009 and let us know which prints you would like additional copies. If you have purchased a package and would like prints from a different proof we would be glad to provide this to you at an additional charge.

Can I order the proof set only?

Yes you may. We would recommend considering ordering a package that includes a proof set. This is a much better value. Remember the proofs have not been color corrected but are printed on high quality photo paper.

Can I order just wallets?

You may purchase a wallet package only. You do however get a larger break on the wallets when  you order them as a product of another package.
